POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Commercial & Business Development, is a crucial role within Hong Kong, responsible for overseeing business operations that contribute significantly to the company's net sales. This position is key to driving growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and effective relationship management across North Asia, with a focus on both existing and new business opportunities.

Les missions

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement key strategies across multiple channels to maximize sales opportunities, particularly focusing on direct-to-consumer channels such as VIP sales and social selling.
    • Lead negotiations with potential retailers to drive business expansion in North Asia regions.
  2. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities within the Hong Kong market and beyond, leveraging local business resources and market conditions.
    • Explore and manage lease renewals for pop-up opportunities in local shopping malls to enhance market presence.
  3. Business Development:
    • Drive and collect market trends, gather social sellers' feedback, and analyze consumer insights to optimize sales strategies.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and VIPs, to ensure sustained sales performance aligned with budgetary goals.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Ensure that business development initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to achieving escalating operational targets (OP).

Votre profil

  • Proven experience in commercial and business development roles, with a focus on retail management and market expansion. Experience gained in scopes of Regional and/or Travel Retail is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to drive market trends and consumer insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required to support market expansion efforts.
