Production Planning Internship - Borgosesia (VC)

During this 6-months internship, you will support the Integrated Planning Team based in Borgosesia. This role assists with key operational processes, including order placement and budget management. The position involves monitoring progress, coordinating with various internal teams, and contributing to the finalization of project timelines.

Les missions

In particular you will:

• Assist with order placement, including regular or seasonal collection budget orders.
• Monitor progress and liaise with various Business Units.
• Contribute to the finalization of timelines by coordinating with different departments to consolidate all activities on a seasonal basis.
• Perform analytical tasks, including downloading pre-defined reports and updating analyses related to order monitoring.
• Utilize Excel and pivot tables for data management and analysis

Votre profil

- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and propensity for planning and reporting
- Excellent computer literacy and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
- Previous knowledge of B.I., AS-400 PRO J, Cenric, Sedapta considered a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
- Precision, proactivity, flexibility and team working
