We are looking for a Senior Logistics Executive to support Louis Vuitton’s continuous goals to be a strong market leader and drive sustainable growth through Agile Logistics and strategic Supply Chain initiatives.

As a Senior Logistics Executive, you will engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on Logistics topics, including importation and exportation arrangements and requirements within South Asia markets.

Les missions

Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros to streamline workflows and enhance data processing efficiency across business operations.
  • Build, design, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, enabling real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, supporting strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities by integrating VBA automation with Power BI solutions, driving efficiency and scalability in business processes.

Logistics

  • Maintenance of product restriction rules in SAP system (Split Rule) for required countries regularly
  • Ensure on-time delivery and compliance to customs regulatory
  • Proactively identify and rectify problem(s) arise during preparation of shipping documentations
  • Handle all shipment claims including insurance related claims (Internal & External)
  • Be fully integrated into Logistics team operations and ensure contribution to achieving the overall Logistics team objectives
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Desk/Work instructions for Logistics processes

Sustainability

  • To manage the destruction process responsibly while actively seeking alternative, sustainable avenues to recycle, repurpose, or renew materials
  • Work with internal stakeholders to realize Louis Vuitton’s sustainability goals, including minimizing reliance on direct destruction and reducing environmental impact

ATA Carnet/Temporary Process

  • Oversee the team responsible for managing all ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission, accurate documentation, and compliance with customs regulations
  • Coordinate with the Finance Team for the application, issuance, and renewal of Bank Guarantees (BG) required for ATA Carnet documentation. Ensure timely submission and follow-up to avoid processing delays.
  • Coordinate with Country Logistics on the timeline to arrive by the targeted timeline before the Event set up

Vendor Management

  • Effectively communicate with vendors to build relationships and resolving issues
  • Engage in proactive and transparent collaboration with all service providers to drive mutual success and operational excellence

Votre profil

Key Requirement & Competencies

We are looking for an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, VBA and Power BI
  • Tools: SAP knowledge, proficient in Microsoft office, WMS would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of shipping documents: CITES Application for exotic products, Certificate of origin, etc.
  • Proficient in vendor management and building strong customer relationships
  • Possesses effective communication and people management abilities, fostering teamwork and positive working relationships
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with curious and positive attitude to drive success
