As Salon Manager, you will manage the Apartment/VIC salon and drive the clienteling strategy for Ngee Ann City. You will be responsible for creating exceptional Client Experience to drive the Apartment as a luxury destination for our Clients.

Les missions

Apartment/VIC Salon Management

  • Elevate and create unforgettable experience in terms of exclusive hospitality and sophistication, as the best luxury destination for our clients.
  • Adopt strategic approach to develop our top clients (existing or prospects) through various high-end and RTW categories.
  • Manage the invitation list for all international and regional events.
  • Develop some privileged and strategic partnerships with selected hotels, restaurants, banks etc., to ensure continuous growth of our client database.
  • Drive new potential clients through weekly and/or monthly animations to maximize apartment’s utilization rate.
  • Collaborate with Client Development (CD), Communications and Merchandising team to align VIC strategy.

Drive a Clienteling Mindset

  • Manage and oversee client gifting strategies in collaboration with the Client Development Manager.
  • Provide insights on VIC trends and clients’ feedback to influence retail team on service delivery, to drive better client experience.
  • Monitor client profile growth, behaviour, and segmentation to identify gaps and opportunities for further client engagement.
  • Support the team in providing relevant and effective client outreach, ensuring that client lists and opportunities are well-targeted and executed.
  • Deliver training and development on clienteling topics to ensure the store is aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Provide data-driven analysis and feedback on clientele performance, creating action plans to drive results including store animations and client strategies.
  • Partner with client advisors, stylists, and store teams to enhance VIC conversion and retention.
  • Stay ahead of client competitors’ activities, adapting strategies to maintain relevance and growth in the clientele base.
  • Collaborate with the Product Category Expert to activate in-store experiences and engagement tailored to high-value clients.

Votre profil

  • Proven experience in retail management, client development, or related roles within a luxury or high-end brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of clienteling strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), and digital tools (ICON, Journey, etc.).
  • Experience with high-end clientele, including managing top client lists and delivering tailored client experiences.
  • Strong drive of entrepreneurial spirit and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive action plans and business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering on store targets.
