Le poste
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Event & Client Animation Coordinator to support Louis Vuitton Korea’s event operations and in-store client activations over a 3-month period. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of premium brand experiences. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Korean, with hands-on experience in event execution or agency operations, and a deep understanding of luxury brand standards.
Les missions
- Support planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, and in-store client animations
- Coordinate with event agencies, production vendors, and internal teams to align on timelines and deliverables
- Assist with logistics such as venue setup, installation, stock-in, and on-site support
- Prepare and manage guest lists, invitation dispatch, and client gifting
- Develop presentation materials, production schedules, and post-event reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints and experiences
- Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or issues to the Event Manager
Votre profil
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, or agency-side event support
- Fluent in both English and Korean (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment
- Available to work flexible hours and support events on-site as needed
Informations complémentaires
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium hospitality environment
- Understanding of brand marketing, retail operations, and client experience strategies
- Familiarity with event production processes and supplier coordination
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with PR, VM, and retail teams
