The Context
In an environment of international growth, we are looking for a committed and creative Project Manager to develop, animate, and grow our global community of stylists.
As the true conductor of this initiative, you will oversee global coordination, daily engagement, and the organization of key moments that bring this community to life, working closely with internal teams and in line with business priorities.
The Team
Within the Commercial Activities Department, you will join our Private Clients Relations division, more specifically the Global Styling team, reporting to the Senior Styling Project Manager.
Les missions
Main Responsibilities
Development and Animation of the International Community
- Create, develop, and coordinate an international community of stylists.
- Design onboarding journeys and skill development programs tailored to stylist profiles
- Monitor performance using defined KPIs and deliver monthly reports.Participate in annual profile reviews and contribute to the recruitment of new talent.
Community Engagement
- Build an annual animation plan (webinars, product launches, key moments).
- Develop product expertise within the community, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage weekly communications through dedicated community channels.
- Propose and implement new tools to facilitate the sharing of best practices across regions.
- Design an artistic and cultural newsletter to enhance client relationships.
- Organize talks with inspiring figures from the world of luxury, art, or lifestyle.
Organization of International Events
- Organize an annual international seminar in Paris (logistics, content, speakers, gifts, etc.).
- Participate in regional seminars, either remotely or in person.
- Support international in-store and off-site events: define project teams, prepare appointments, and ensure active on-site presence.
Votre profil
About You
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.
- You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You have solid experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- You have a keen creative eye and strong aesthetic sense, essential for content creation.
- You have excellent knowledge of the luxury world, including fashion, lifestyle, art, fine dining, and hospitality.
- You are a team player and are recognized for your communication skills.
