Louis Vuitton is seeking dynamic and inspiring Store Managers to lead our exceptional retail teams across various key markets in South Asia.

As a Store Manager, you will be instrumental in embodying the Brand's heritage and future, driving both commercial excellence and delivering an unparalleled client experience in your assigned store. Your mission will be to cultivate enduring client relationships, maximize business opportunities across all product categories, and ensure operational precision while upholding Louis Vuitton's global standards. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire, innovate, and strategically manage all facets of store operations to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets within your specific market.

Les missions

  • Client Experience & Brand Management:
    Champion an exceptional client journey, fostering a client-centric mindset to build lasting loyalty and achieve repurchase objectives. Act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador, representing the Brand in local activities and elevating its desirability within the market.

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
    Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies aligned with market trends and Brand objectives. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, leveraging all available support to maximize sales across all product categories.

  • Commercial & Financial Management:
    Drive ambitious sales and profitability targets for the store. Monitor controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage inventory effectively. Develop and manage the store budget, ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring seamless execution of Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures. Implement best practices in sales floor management, inventory, and after-sales service to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Identify, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring effective performance management, succession planning, and continuous professional growth for all team members, particularly through the development of Managers.

Votre profil

  • Experienced retailer or manager with at least 8 years’ experience, with a strong sense of customer service
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, client behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate large, diverse teams to drive exceptional performance.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in operational management, clienteling strategies, and financial oversight.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make strategic decisions that align with global objectives.
  • Strong communication, social and networking skills.
