Job Overview:

As a key member of the LVMH Digital Learning Department, you will be instrumental in bringing the LVMH digital learning strategy to life on a global scale: coordinating all collaborators’ learning needs according to expert Academies and adopting a blended learning approach within the Group to foster all talents’ skills and career development effectively.

Les missions

Relative to the strategic direction LVMH Learning team :

  • Assess Learning Needs across the group:
    • Assist Digital Learning team in the assessment of the current physical/digital learning landscape and needs across Maisons: set up interviews with Learning and Development/HR teams and Métiers in Maisons, take notes and manage follow-up.
    • Contribute to the comprehensive presentation of the global learning offer, including categorizing, updating, and harmonizing content to create an engaging and personalized experience for learners.
  • Elaborate and work with communication team to spread a Digital Learning Communication Strategy:
    • Contribute to the definition of the LVMH Group's e-learning strategy with the Head of Digital Learning and Digital Learning Managers, to blend within previously studied learning environment and optimize its organization.
    • Produce high-quality presentation decks to communicate and discuss this strategy with group HR management.
    • Learn and stay up to date on digital and learning trends and innovation (methodologies, tools, formats…).

Relative to developing and running the new Digital Learning Ecosystem :

Deployment and Management

  • Operational Run:
    • Participate in the launch and adoption of a new one-stop-shop Group-wide website, as well as the development of a suitable CRM (collaborator relationship management) tool.
    • Assist Digital Learning Team in their collaboration with Learning & Development, HR, HRIS, IT and Maisons at all times, to ensure the successful operational deployment of the platform and continuous improvement, consistency and relevance.
    • Ensure effective communication between Digital Learning Team and the platform technical vendor to ensure execution is aligned with the strategy and to facilitate adoption and adjustments.
  • Activity Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure digital learning performance and demonstrate impact.

Animation

  • Community Engagement and Support:
    • Assist Digital Learning Managers in the organization and animation of expert academies and learning communities, and in the promotion of the platform: manage schedules, set up meetings, monitor attendance and engagement, share follow-ups…
    • Remain available for ongoing support to the Maisons and their L&D teams in effectively utilizing digital learning tools.

Votre profil

  • Master-level student looking for an end-of-studies or gap-year 6-months internship starting in September 2025.
  • Previous experience (academic and/or professional) in digital project management.
  • Interest in the following: luxury, marketing, HR, learning, innovation and forward-thinking trends, tech.
  • An organized, rigorous and proactive professional to deal with different tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A highly adaptable, team-driven and up-for-a-challenge mindset, willing to make impact within the group, both for Talents’ growth and business performance.
  • An outgoing, curious, enthusiastic and humble personality to engage in and contribute to an ambitious work environment.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Full mastery of Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint…).
