Collection Merchandiser

Thélios S.p.A., a company within the LVMH Group, is looking for a Collection Merchandiser to join its team. The objective of the role is to ensure consistency, the calendar and the profitability of the collection, coordinating the different functions involved in the process (design, development and product management functions) with a view to the market, brand identity and commercial objectives.

Les missions

Specifically, the resource will be responsible for:

• define the collection architecture (number of SKUs, Segments, entry/mid/high price points);

• monitor time-to-market while ensuring that development timelines are met;

• analyze trends, competitors, sales performance to guide development choices;

• collaborate with the Product manager and Brand Manager to define target price, margins and positioning;

• keeping the dialogue between creativity and the market constant;

• give input to Prototyping (to ensure consistency with the timing and feasibility of the frame and related technical/performance aspects);

• support the Product Management Team (for pricing and margins).

Votre profil

Requirements:

• at least 5 years of experience in the eyewear industry in Merchandising or Product Development roles with preferential experience in the Sports sector;

• strong product sensitivity and analytical capabilities;

• project management skills;

• knowledge of collection logics (breadth, depth, segmentation);

• eyewear technical expertise;

• excellent communication skills and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for problem solving and be proactive and able to work in a team.
