As part of our transformation and the structuring of our HR team, we are looking for HR Controlling and HR Digitalisation Manager. The scope will comprise the overall scope of Métiers d’Art, mainly on our majority and fully owned companies (10 companies over 5 countries).
Les missions
- HR Controlling
- Ensure the good understanding and deploy the overall group definitions related to Headcounts and HR KPIs
- Consolidate and follow the monthly evolution on headcounts and KPIs and analyse to come up with a view for HRD/Finance
- Connect with Central Finance MdA to ensure a consistent approach on HR Numbers
- Be the focal point for Group HR Analytics : ensure data quality for monthly reporting and yearly ‘bilan social’
- Support during budget and forecast phases
- Run necessary audits related to social datas and support HRD in the analysis of HR processes
- Build Ad Hoc presentation and analysis related to business needs
- Look into Payroll processes and harmonize the way how to run payroll. Evluate the necessity to outsource payroll, coordinate the project and support in finding the proper supplier. Accompany the project roll out
- HR Digitalisation
- Map and Analyse the spectrum of tools used by our companies
- Follow and support them in the implementation of the group HRIS solution and its good usage
- Support local HR build their roadmap and advise them on improving their processes : look for solutions and analyse the feasibility to share tools / practices between companies
- Ensure data quality and the proper usage of our tools
- Check the good level of security and ensure good appliance of GDPR
- Be the focal point for Group HRIS projects, make sure the MdA HR network is properly informed about projects and processes , and trained to our tools
- Collect local needs in term of tools needed, come up with common solutions when possible

Votre profil
- Education : Master / University Degree in management / HR /
- Fluent in English, Italian preferred
- Good analytical skills, structured and autonomous
- Business curiosity, good communication skills and ability to build presentations
- Team player, eager to support the HR community
- Good master in IT systems and high level usage of Excel
- First minimum 5 years experience within HR (either generalist position on the field willing to have a broader transversal vision or central into HR System/ processes)
