The Division is leading a transformation of back-office processes and systems and launched a program called “Finance & Operations Convergence for Unified Solutions (FOCUS)” to achieve the objectives. The program addresses organizational, functional and technological needs. In the scope of the Program, you have the responsibility as Business Process Manager to represent the business requirements and guarantee the consistency and performance of Purchasing processes. You should participate to all program streams that might have an impact on Purchasing processes. You will be accountable for setting up Core Model processes and implementing them along with the solutions supporting them. You will need to interact with other BPMs, Key Users and Experts of Maisons and Division to ensure the global functional integration and integrity. You will report to the Program Leads.
Les missions
Participate in the overall program management
- Design upgraded and common Purchasing processes with business experts from all over the Beauty Division anddesign a Core Model framework that should drive solutions design within the program
- Ensure the consistency across the streams of the program
- Ensure continuous improvement of Purchasing processes and related solutions supporting it (with Beauty Tech)
- Ensure the compliance of processes with standard solution chosen by the program,
- Report the progress of your scope during governance instance.
Lead the design phase
- Organize design workshops and guarantee business experts’ contribution to understand the as-is situation and design
the target (organization / processes / management policies)
- Ensure full coverage of planned and realized workshops for their scope
- Propose arbitrations if necessary to the program leaders
Pilot the development phase in coordination with Integrator partner and Beauty Tech team
- Prepare each development based on detailed design
- Define adequate resources and planning with both Integrator and Beauty Tech leaders
- Make sure functional needs are clearly understood and addressed by the technical team
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SME) if additional information or validation is necessary
- Ensure set-up is delivered on time / in full vs plan
Participate in testing solutions supporting the process
- Coordinate the acceptance tests of the solutions (with participation of the Key Users)
- Establish acceptance tests scenarios and identify associated data sets
- Follow the planned execution of the acceptance tests
- Identify anomalies and follow-up on their resolution
Manage the data migration
- Coordinate the whole process of data migration to allow the good way of working of defined processes,
- Establish acceptance criteria with Key Users to validate data extracted,
- Establish acceptance criteria to validate data integration,
- Establish business rules to facilitate the move from initial system to the target solutions,
- First level of approval to validate the data migration
- Coordinate Key Users final validation
Manage the change
- Contribute to information and communication activities related to the Program
- Participate in the elaboration of training documents
- Steer the users’ training with the support of program’s Key Users
Assess users’ proficiency in the solutions
- Contribute to the elaboration of the transition plan at the production launch of the solution
Drive the continuous improvement of the Purchasing processes within the Program
- Track Purchasing processes efficiency and users’ proficiency (processes and solutions)
- Provide first level support, arrange refresh training ü Submit change requests or studies where significant gaps or opportunities are identified
Votre profil
Functional
· Knowledge on processes over a defined scope
· Knowledge of LVMH Beauty organization
· Knowledge of ERP processes linked to Purchasing
· Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization
· Synthesis capacity of all visions to make them conduct to a unique Core Model
Soft
· Leadership and capacity to convince
· Capacity to lead a multidisciplinary and multicultural team: including SME and KU attached to all Maisons
· Capacity to listen visions that can diverge between all SME and KU
· Autonomy and critical sense
· Capacity to report activities and decisions to facilitate governance activities
Technical
· Knowledge of internal tools and technologies
· Experience in program management and change management
· Ability to learn easily on the new SAP solution
Languages
· Fluent in French and English

All along the program
- The BPM is part of the Program team and works under the authority of the Program Leads
During design phase
- The BPM works with relevant business experts from the whole Beauty Division to define a solution fitting the needs and guarantee the relevance of the solution’s processes (workshop preparation, contribution and validation of content related to business topics)
- The BPM works with relevant business experts from Maisons in scope to collect As-Is processes and practices
- The BPM writes the Core Processes to be followed all over the Beauty Division, by all entities
- The BPM coordinates with the program team on the design phase organization
- The BPM interacts with other BPMs to ensure the integration of the solution’s processes at a global level
- The BPM facilitates feedback meetings with business users according to change management approach
During development phase
- The BPM establishes acceptance tests scenarios and associated data with the relevant business experts
- The BPM coordinates the organization of the acceptance test phase with the program team
- The BPM supports Maisons’ Key Users to prepare and process master data and data migration with the program team
- The BPM interacts with other BPMs to ensure a global consistency of acceptance tests’ scenarios
- The BPM facilitates feedback meetings with business users according to change management approach
During acceptance tests phase
- The BPM interacts with the program team to follow up on acceptance tests, anomalies and their resolution
- The BPM contributes with relevant business experts to the transition plan formulation
- The BPM ensures the good delivery of users’ training with the help of the relevant business experts
From the start
- The BPM ensures the durability of processes implemented for the program and arbitrate evolutions
- The BPM participates and prepares all the governance instances from operational to steering committees
