We're thrilled to announce the opening for Service Excellence & Automation Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with the Customer Service team, identifying and automating process improvements across order fulfillment and operations. You will develop and enhance automation solutions using VBA, Python, and Power Automate, as well as prepare training materials to support team learning. Furthermore, you'll contribute to ad-hoc reporting and various projects, providing valuable exposure to both the operational and technical sides of the business.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of July.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

• Collaborate with Customer Service Team members to identify areas for process automation .
• Automate processes via VBA/Python/Power Automate and continuously evaluate and enhance automation processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare VBA, Python & Power Automate training materials and conduct training for the Team.
• Develop a strong understanding of Hub and Market Operations through hands-on involvement in order fulfillment processes.
• Other adhoc reporting & projects.

• Project Management Skills: On-the-job training to gain experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to achieve goals.
• Communication Skills: Develop communication abilities through active participation in project discussions.
• Research and Analysis Skills: Develop your ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions through conducting research and analysis.

• Are currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Are proficienct in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, and Power tools such as Power Pivot, Automate, Query etc.
• Are familiar with and experienced in using UiPath.
• Are independent, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and self-motivated.
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Are detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
