We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Marketing Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office. As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team, supporting various functions and initiatives through diverse tasks and projects. This role will primarily focus on event coordination and internal stakeholder management. You will assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events, while also ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various internal departments.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the second week of August 2025.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

  • Collaborate closely with Brand Manager on the implementation of key marketing programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Support and assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
  • Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
  • Support the development and coordination of required marketing collaterals and activation tools.
  • Generate monthly report to analyse the effectiveness of programs and prepare calendar planning.
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.

What will you learn…

  • Project Management: By assisting in project management, intern gain hands-on experience in planning and executing task, train critical thinking skills from problem solving and timeline management working towards the campaign and brand's target KPIs.
  • Analytical Skills: Through on-ground execution and various campaign experience, interns develop Analytical skills to evaluate roadblocks, questions/opportunities to make informed decisions and calculated risks together with Brand Manager.
  • People Management: The intern will be liaising with PICs cross departments internally and our agency partners externally. S/He will be able to understand different business functions/role.
