We're thrilled to announce the opening for Private Sales Intern in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of July 2025.
Les missions
How you will contribute…
Client Engagement:
- Assist Private Sales team in event planning, coordination and execution.
- Liaise with Maisons on client Maison visits (overseas), wine tours, coordination of restaurant reservations and transfers to ensure smooth delivery of client experience.
- Coordinate with Maisons and external agency to ensure smooth execution of MH Private key events and launches, such as tasting sessions and dinners.
- Prepare event communication materials, collateral printings and POSM deliveries.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations and delivery of tasting bottles.
- Coordinate with various parties on client seasonal gifting.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Support with stock list, product catalog list.
- Assist in the planning of marketing activities and product launch projects.
- Assist Private Sales team in sales processing (PO and invoices) and deliveries.
- Assist in market research for competitor pricing, parallel import pricing and market trends.

- Possess excellent communication skills in English are essential; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
