We're thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Intern for Central On Trade & Wholesaler Support in our Moët Hennessy Malaysia office.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the July 2025.
Les missions
How you will contribute…
Order Management
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of Direct Supply orders on a daily basis to support seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Activation Tracker & Coordination
- Maintain and update the activation tracker for the Central On-Trade sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to coordinate brand activations, ensuring efficient handling of logistics, timelines, and post-activation reporting.
Weekly Sales Meeting Support
- Prepare and circulate detailed weekly meeting minutes, capturing key discussions, action points, deadlines, and responsible parties to ensure alignment and accountability.
Contract & Fixed Investment Proposal (FIP) Management
- Assist in the drafting, processing, and tracking of contracts and FIPs for trade partnerships and event collaborations, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal guidelines.
Ad-Hoc Pricing & Trade Offer Generation
- Develop customized pricing forms and trade offers in response to commercial requirements, supporting the team’s agility in negotiations and sales initiatives.
Contract Claim Submission
- Compile and submit the necessary documentation for contract claims promptly, ensuring proper tracking and adherence to internal processes.
Free Goods & Trade Offer Tracking
- Oversee the application and tracking of free goods requests and trade offers, including renewal timelines, to maintain control and ensure full compliance with company policy.
RSP (Recommended Selling Price) Exercise
- Support the consolidation and analysis of RSP data across all Central On-Trade channels to ensure accurate pricing strategy by sub-channel and product category, enhancing competitiveness and commercial effectiveness.
Competitor Activities Consolidation & Tracking
- Monitor and gather market intelligence on competitor brand activations, pricing changes, product launches, and presence within key Central On-Trade venues.
- Consolidate findings into structured reports to support internal strategy reviews and to enable the sales and marketing teams to respond with timely, data-driven actions.
- Assist in identifying market trends and potential threats or opportunities based on competitor behavior.

- Sales Operations: Manage order processes and sales support documentation for efficient execution.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and coordinate brand activations.
- Compliance: Prepare trade contracts and understand trade spend governance.
- Analytical Skills: Enhance data consolidation, reporting, and activation tracking for informed commercial planning.
