We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager in Malaysia, reporting to the General Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in translating brand strategy into commercial success across On and Off-Trade channels. The role will lead the execution and performance analysis of trade marketing activities, support channel development, and identify growth opportunities in alignment with sales and brand teams.
This role is central to driving efficiency and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Planning, ensuring we capture market share, maximize channel potential, and deliver on our volume and value targets.

How you will contribute…
1) Strategic Alignment
- Ensure brand, trade, and commercial objectives are fully aligned to drive market impact.
- Leverage customer and channel insights to shape effective trade marketing strategies.
2) Integrated Planning & Execution
- Translate brand goals into clear, actionable plans across channels and customers.
- Lead planning and execution of trade programs, adapting to market dynamics in real-time.
- Coordinate with external agencies to maximize the impact of activations, while focusing on ROI and quality of execution.
3) Budget Management & ROI
- Oversee trade A&P investment by brand and activity, ensuring strong ROI.
- Track performance through KPIs and present key findings in internal forums.
4) Toolkit & Asset Deployment
- Develop standardized POSM, playbooks, and visibility tools to support execution excellence.
- Partner with internal teams to refresh assets and optimize toolkit usage across channels.
5) Commercial Enablement
- Provide the sales team with relevant tools including pricing guidance and trade presenters.
- Conduct competitor reviews to support commercial strategy and market positioning.
6) Channel Development
- Build and align trade promotion calendars with key commercial periods.
- Analyze channel performance to identify growth levers and support forecasting.
7) Post-Mortem & People Development
- Evaluate key activations and campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members within a luxury execution framework, fostering high performance and growth.
Votre profil
We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…
- 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing, with a strong understanding of On- and Off-Trade channels.
- Expertise in Innovation Management, Category Management, Planogramming, and Channel Strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing brand/product P&L and a solid understanding of customer marketing.
- Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commercially driven with a strong sales mindset and a focus on delivering both short- and long-term business value.
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Creative thinker with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach; able to operate independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Genuine appreciation for luxury, quality, and lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work outside of regular working hours.
