We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Private Client Executive (1-Year Contract) to assist in the growth and execution of MH Private Korea events and strategies. Working closely with the Private Client Director/Manager, you will provide sales, marketing, and administrative support to the team. You will also be involved in the coordination and planning of events such as new product launches and tasting sessions to enhance private client experiences.

The goal of the Moet Hennessy private client team is to target, reach and educate private clients on our Moët Hennessy range and portfolio of Prestige products, Rarities and Uber Pieces. At the same time, we want to provide clients with excellent service, as well as cultivate them to be our brand advocates/ ambassadors.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

1) Sales Support:

  • Handle sales administration including orders, payments, pricing updates, and deliveries.
  • Support reporting, offers, presentations, and documentation.
  • Conduct market research on competitor and parallel import pricing, plus market trends.
  • Track allocations and inventory.

2) Client Experience Support:

  • Plan and execute client activations and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, Maisons, and external partners to ensure smooth activations.
  • Manage logistics before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure all activities align with Maison and MH Private guidelines.
  • Prepare event materials such as menus, invitations, booklets, and POSM.
  • Follow up after events and support reporting
  • Track A&P spending and maintain Private Client activation calendar in market.
  • Organize Maison visits, wine tours, restaurant bookings, and transfers for clients.
  • Support CRM initiatives based on client segmentation and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate bespoke gifting for top clients during festive seasons or special occasions.

Votre profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have…

  • Degree holder.
  • At least 2 years of sales support experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commercial sense, a value-added solution mindset, and good understanding of current market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team and cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, creative, and able to respond quickly and effectively while being attentive to detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Korean (a must) and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
