The Sales Business Analyst supports the Travel Retail Middle-East and India commercial team, reporting directly to the Senior Key Account Manager. This role contributes to the growth and premiumization of the business within the airport and airlines sector. A key aspect of the position involves building efficient and collaborative relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), distributors, and customer purchasing teams to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Furthermore, (s)he is responsible for structuring and analyzing data to provide the team with a clear and immediate understanding of the business landscape.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO MH TR’S SUCCESS
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & SALES
- Support the commercial team in: customer business reviews, budget meeting, internal presentations, and market visit ; commercial negotiations to maximize all business aspects (profitability, space & location, distribution, new product listing, RFQ, promotions and more).
- Monitor closely SI & SO and provide daily performance report by market to ensure business excellence, sustainable growth, and better accuracy of supply chain flows
- Analyze PAX traffic, market share & customer sell-out data to improve assortment and visibility. Update report accordingly.
- Pro-actively work with the multi-functional team to ensure excellent execution of the sales plans
- Market Intelligence: gather and analyze market information related to the industry (market size, domestic RSP, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking) and contribute to improve market share and sell-out.
FINANCE
- Support KAM and SDM in the monitoring of business results (volumes, revenues, GM, distribution, pricing, FTT/A&P expenses)
- Support commercial team during forecast periods (Prebudget/Budget/LE1/LE2Phasing)
- Work closely with TR ME Finance & Operations Business Partner
- Prepare reporting of the region: Mid-Month Forecast, R&O, Monthly report, D+1,
- Key customer performance
- Lead data consolidation in SAP APO/Anaplan/Cognos on a monthly basis
- Monitor and control FTT spending on a monthly basis and manage invoice process with accurate verification compliant with audit guidelines
SUPPLY CHAIN
- Strong coordination and communication with MHME hub and Central Teams
- Monitor stock level and customer forecast for all customer operations
- Review and prepare customer shipment plan on a monthly basis
- Payment/delivery: ensure proper service level and payment from customers
- Monitor Route to Market and delivery lead time
Votre profil

- Degree holder in International Business, Finance
- First experience as a business analyst at international level (ideally in Travel Retail and on Wines and Spirits Market)
- Comfortable with budget planning and forecasting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Enquiring mind, proactive, agile, enthusiastic, committed
- Ability to adapt to fast moving environment
- Good team player, able to build good relationships and get things done through others
- Good problem solver and willing to look for new ways of working to improve output
- Fluent in English to work in an international environment
This position is based in Dubaï and open to VIE candidates only. You must meet the eligibility requirements defined by Business France.
The duration of the mission can range from 18 to 24 months maximum.
