As a
SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER, you will play a key role in shaping Dior’s digital voice and client engagement across key platforms in Japan, including LINE, X, @cosme, and LIPS.

You will be responsible for managing content, campaigns, and budgets across owned social and messaging channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication that reflects Dior’s brand standards and elevates the client experience.

With LINE positioned as a core engagement platform, you will support the planning and execution of initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance brand desirability, and drive traffic to both e-commerce and retail.

Your work will directly impact how Dior builds and nurtures its client community in Japan, transforming social owned media into a key driver of engagement, loyalty, and business impact.

Les missions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Strategic Content Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of social owned media strategies across LINE, X, @cosme, LIPS, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive and nurture the brand’s fan base by designing engagement-driven initiatives that drive acquisition, deepen client relationships, and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific content, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and consumer expectations. Integrate retail and store activations into the broader digital narrative to drive seamless omnichannel engagement.
  • Own and evolve owned social media as a strategic business lever, not only as a communication channel.

2) LINE Ecosystem Roadmap & Transformation

  • Lead the mid- to long-term evolution of LINE from a messaging channel into a connected customer engagement ecosystem, positioning it as the central hub for personalized, always-on client engagement in Japan.

3) Campaign & Budget Management

  • Oversee campaign planning and budget allocation, ensuring optimal resource use and measurable ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign KPIs with broader marketing and business goals.

4) Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic dashboards that go beyond metrics—providing insights, learnings, and recommendations to inform future initiatives.
  • Track and monitor key KPIs including open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue contribution, and unsubscribe/block rate, ensuring clear linkage to business impact and client lifetime value. Translate campaign and user behavior data into actionable insights to drive continuous optimization.

5) Global & Local Alignment

  • Act as a strategic liaison between Japan and global HQ, ensuring local execution reflects global brand guidelines while adapting to the nuances of the Japanese market. Provide feedback to HQ based on local insights and consumer behavior.

6) Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with HQ, Brand, PR & Product Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, IT, and Retail teams to co-develop integrated campaigns that leverage social media as a key consumer touchpoint.
  • Contribute to 360° planning with a digital-first perspective. You will also manage external agencies and vendors to ensure excellence in execution.

7) Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of evolving beauty trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behaviors. Proactively identify opportunities for digital innovation and pilot new formats or engagement models to keep Dior at the forefront of social media excellence.

LA MAISON
PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR
