The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for PUCCI. The CMO will drive brand awareness, enhance brand equity, and generate revenue growth across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury and fashion landscape, a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, revenue growth, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team. The CMO will oversee Events, Public Relations (PR), Special Projects, Marketing, and Media activities in a very close synergy with the CEO and the Artistic Director of PUCCI.
Les missions
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to drive growth.
- Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Enhance brand equity and build brand loyalty.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan, develop, and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Events & Experiential Marketing: Lead the development and execution of high-impact events such as the Show or any other experiential marketing initiatives that create memorable brand experiences and drive customer engagement.
- Public Relations: Manage the company's public image and reputation through strategic media relations, influencer partnerships, VIP…
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Special Projects: Conceptualize and execute special projects that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, or support strategic partnerships.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Performance Measurement & Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Use data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Media Planning & Buying: Oversee media planning and buying activities to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activities through market research and analysis.
Votre profil
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 + years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the fashion market.
- Experience in managing Events, PR, Special Projects, and Media activities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting expenses
