We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Research & Development department in Cologne. In this role you manage and lead the product definition and projects and you are responsible for new products development and products evolution projects with Marketing and Design, Technical Design, Quality and Homologation, project schedule and budget management.

Les missions

YOUR TASKS:

• Analyze marketing briefings and design ideas
• Assist in assessing the feasibility of projects
• Contribute to proposals for product structure and gather key information for decision-making
• Collaborate on developing decision-making tools for the development team
• Develop and approve product data sheets according to Product Data Management (PDM) processes
• Participate in defining the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects
• Creating schedules and milestones considering product development processes and project requirements, including tasks, risks, and resources
• Track project key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress, and create reports
• Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders and effective collaboration with other functions and departments to obtain the support required for the success of the projects

Votre profil

YOUR PROFILE:

• An engineering/technical bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Solid experience in data management, data analysis and usage of relevant tools
• Result driven, strong analytical and critical skills
• Experience in process standardization with the ability to lead and coordinate across cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics
• Practical, innovative and agile mindset, proactive and solution minded
• Fluency in English; German or French would be a plus
