We are currently building the team that will lead the opening of our first-ever store in Selfridges Exchange in Manchester, and we are looking for a versatile talent to join us in a dual role as both Client Advisor and Stockist.

YOUR MISSION - Client Advisor

Outgoing, customer-focused, and with an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations.

With individual CRM goals and extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions, from consultation to sales to small on-site repairs.

The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store; as an after-sales professional, you'll remain a point of contact for all after-sales topics.

A travel companion for life - our iconic products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, a demand we also place on our repairs. You will be responsible for first-class processing, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to our customers.

YOUR MISSION - Stockist

Ensure that the RIMOWA stock in the store is organised, accessible and always up to date.

Support the store manager and the team in the efficient organisation of the store.

If required, organise the dispatch of goods to customers and/or the head office.

Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.

Be responsible for taking stock and maintaining the merchandise management system, liaising with the head office, and be responsible for checking and resolving discrepancies.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking forward to the experience acquired in the luxury sector, but we also welcome you as a new starter in our team.

To advise our international customers, you speak fluent English; ideally, you have additional language skills.

You are passionate about selling luxury products and providing the best client experience to our customers.

You are organised, structured, and a team player.
