Responsible for managing outbound logistics operations to ensure accurate, timely, cost-effective order processing, while improving process efficiency and performance through KPI monitoring, system coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

Les missions

• Forecast & Capacity Planning

Capacity planning review based on brand forecast and operational analysis.

Setup the yearly outbound order schedule for counters and plan special workdays.

Weekly forecast-to-trend variances and adjust labor and work schedule plans accordingly.

• KPl & Performance Management

Set productivity targets for each outbound activity (picking, packing, shipping, etc.)

Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions

Monthly KPI and productivity reporting

• Process improvement & SOP management

Warehouse Operation review and enhance the process.

Create & Maintain Standard Operation procedures (SOP) for logistics operations.

Ensure SOP are up to date and reflective of process change or system update.

Distribute new or revised SOP to relevant teams.

• WMS system support

Propose new system functions by aligning logistics process requirement.

Request BPO team approval for system development of new function

Create Open-up ticket and follow-up

Coordinate end-to-end testing support for new WMS functions or system upgrades.

Train WMS users in warehouse team for new function when it deploys.

WMS Trouble Shooting

• PIC Rack optimization

Conduct regular review of PIC rack utilization and optimize locations by analyzing picking path to enhance operational flow and space efficiency.

• Logistics Project

Participate Logistics related project and communicate with SGP regional team

• E-biz operation Management

Monitor Engraving productivity and machine maintenance status and testing of new item.

Set up logistics procedures based on customer-specific requirement

Conduct on-site warehouse team training to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.

• Cost & Expense closing

Process warehouse cost related tasks – Create Esker PO/ Approval Request/Expense monthly closing

Votre profil

• Working experience in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics WMS and ERP system is preferred.
• Fluency in English
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/ PBI)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear Communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
