Le poste

To support the HR department by efficiently managing and executing administrative responsibilities related to Core HR support, benefits, and payroll. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely and accurate benefit operations, and supporting payroll processes. The Benefit Assistant will enhance HR efficiency, support employee well-being, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Les missions

  1. Core HR Support
    • Follow up on Core HR projects:
  • Track project milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure timely updates.
    • Execute employee data cleansing:
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Ensure data consistency between local HR and Core HR systems.
    • Update and manage employee data:
  • Regularly update employee records.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the local HR system.
  1. Benefit Champion
    • Condolence and congratulations payments:
  • Process payments for employee life events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement.
    • Training subsidy reimbursement:
  • Verify eligibility and documentation for training subsidies.
  • Process reimbursements efficiently.
    • Product benefits:
  • Manage employee product benefit programs.
  • Ensure employees receive entitled benefits.
  1. Payroll Support
    • Medical insurance and national pension:
  • Handle registration and resignation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Part-timer payroll:
  • Calculate and process payroll for part-time employees.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  1. Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Document filing:
  • Organize and maintain personnel and labor office documents.
  • Ensure documents are filed systematically.
    • Certificate issuance:
  • Prepare and issue certificates for maternity leave, employment, and work experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
    • HR administrative inquiries:
  • Respond to employee questions and requests.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information.

Votre profil

  • University degree is preferred
  • Good communication skill is required.
  • Strong interpersonal ability is required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Prefer to have relevant experience from Multi National Company
  • Strong interpersonal personality is required.
  • Proficient in using computer
  • Basic accounting comprehension is required.
