Le poste
1. Annual Social communication strategic planning
- Lead the development of the annual digital marketing and communication plan, defining key priorities, initiatives, and the thematic calendar aligned with global brand campaigns and local market moments and local biz needs
- Ensuring keep LV social media as No.1 leading position in terms of buzz/followers/engagement/innovation.
2. Budget Planning
- Responsible for annual digital budget, its strategic allocation across channels effective and efficiency.
- Work with finance team to forecast spending, manage monthly/yearly budget and reporting.
3. Integrated Channels Strategy
- Architect the omni-channel customer journey, defining the role and contribution of each digital touchpoint in driving the consumer transversal digital journey
- Ensure all channel-specific strategies (Paid Social, KOL, livestreaming) are not siloed but are interconnected parts of a cohesive narrative.
4. Data, Analytics & Performance
- Work with E-retail and finance team to have quarterly branding/performance spending review, presenting a holistic view of digital performance, extracting actionable insights, and recommending strategic pivots.
5. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights
- Synthesize data from social listening, market reports, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, platforms, and consumer behaviors.
6. Innovation
- Lead the digital innovation trend, proactively scouting and evaluating new technologies, platforms, and digital formats (e.g., AI, new live-streaming features).
- Strong Partner with key platforms (e.g., Tencent, Bytedance) and exclusive partnerships to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
7. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
- Collaborate with global digital communication team, ensuring global and local strategies have a alignment strategically.
- Collaborate with PR, Merch and content/art buying teams to ensure digital strategy is integrated into all campaign/product launch and brand storytelling initiatives.
Working Experiences
- At least 10-12 years working experience in a similar position
- Ideally in an international business environment
- Top tier brand/premium lifestyle brand would be a plus
- Analytic macroeconomics and consulting industry background would be a plus
Languages
- Good command of English and Chinese
- French would be a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with a relevant major
- Digital native
- Proficient in website related software, standards and regulation
- Proficient in digital media industry
- Social media experience
- Long-term strategy

- Project management skills
- Overseas background would be a plus
