  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
  • Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
  • Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior Follow the company’s policies and procedures

岗位职责：

- 推动和实现个人和团队目标，并对销售结果负责。

- 欢迎每一位客户并提供最好的客户体验。

- 为客户提供关于品牌和所有产品类别的建议

- 与客户建立长期的关系，利用不同Clienteling工具，以培育品牌忠诚度

- 作为团队成员，参与所有有助于实现店铺整体目标的活动。

- 学习和掌握品牌和产品知识

- 尊重路易威登品牌仪容和行为标准

- 遵守公司的政策和流程

岗位要求：

- 全日制大专或以上文化程度

- 两年以上精品零售等相关服务性行业工作经验

- 有高级成衣、鞋履和腕表产品背景者优先考虑

- 具备主动地销售意识和服务技巧

- 工作踏实认真，勤奋好学，有良好的团队合作精神

- 普通话标准，会日常英语优先考虑

- 懂基本的电脑操作
