THE MÉTIERS D'EXCELLENCE'S INITIATIVES

EXCELLENT! PROGRAM IN MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND HIGH SCHOOLS

To ensure that our LVMH Métiers d’Excellence continue to thrive long into the future and attract the very best talent, the Group has been running the Excellent! outreach and guidance program in middle schools and high schools since January 2021. Through this program, métier experts from the Maisons introduce young people to skilled Creative, Craft and Customer Experience métiers.Thanks to this initiative, LVMH has been able to reach out to more than 8,700 young people.

THE YOU & ME TOUR: SHOWCASING LVMH'S MÉTIERS D'EXCELLENCE

Each year, the Métiers d’Excellence tour a number of cities in France and Italy to connect with the general public. This tour offers visitors the opportunity to learn more about our métiers requiring savoir-faire, receive HR support, and become acquainted with traditional craft techniques. In 2026, more than 10,000 visitors were able to explore the wealth of savoir-faire possessed by the Group’s Maisons. Launched in 2022, this initiative reflects the LVMH Group’s commitment to inclusion and its aim  to develop the employability of young people and people seeking reskilling opportunities in Creative, Craft and Customer Experience métiers by guiding them toward targeted training programs and providing them access to job offers.

THE INSTITUTE OF MÉTIERS D'EXCELLENCE

Offering the first work-study program in the luxury sector, the Institute of Métiers d’Excellence (ME) trains new talents each year in Creative, Craft and Customer Experience métiers. In partnership with prestigious schools and universities, the ME Institute has already trained more than 3,800 apprentices by combining classroom learning with in-house experience at LVMH Maisons.

Experts recognized for their exceptional savoir-faire are selected each year as Virtuosos from among the more than 100,000 employees working in a Métier d'Excellence. As true ambassadors of their savoir-faire, they benefit from a dedicated support program and pass on their passion to young people and people seeking reskilling opportunities.

With the “We for Me” Manifesto, signed by members of the LVMH Executive Committee and all the CEOs of our Maisons, we formally make a commitment to:
