LVMH HEART FUND

In June 2021, in line with the Group’s approach to corporate social responsibility initiated nearly fifteen years ago, LVMH launched the LVMH Heart Fund, a groundbreaking fund designed to support all its employees throughout the world.

To continue to offer employees a safe, respectful and fulfilling working environment, the LVMH Heart Fund provides emergency financial aid, as well as tailored social and psychological support to employees facing a serious and sudden difficult situation in their personal lives. This global support program applies to 215,000 Group employees working in over 80 countries. It was set up to provide tangible support in the event of serious personal trouble as well as more typical daily life challenges. The fund has been endowed with an initial allocation of €30 million and also operates an anonymous and confidential helpline available 24/7 to all employees.
