Nestled in the Yarra Valley since 1986, Chandon Australia opens its doors to the public. Come discover the secrets of our vintages by walking through our vineyards, visiting cellars and tasting our cuisine. Here, Senior Winemaker Loïc Le Calvez enjoys a vast scope for creativity, teaming up with Chef Josh Smyth to create ever-surprising wine pairings.
