DISCOVER THE COOPERAGE WORKSHOP
Discover the Cooperage Workshop, where nature, culture and technique combine with the savoir-faire so critical to producing the oak barrels used to age cognac. Meet the Maison’s coopers, who shape barrels and tierçons before your very eyes, arranging the staves in a rose-like shape before toasting the barrels.
