Conceived as an immersion into the heart of the value chain, this unique experience reveals how innovation fuels excellence at every stage: the quest for exceptional materials, the gesture of creation, the itinerary of every piece, and the seamless client experience.
THE QUEST FOR EXCEPTIONAL MATERIALS
MOËT HENNESSY x GENESIS
MONITORING LIVING SOILSAs part of its Living Soils Living Together program, Moët Hennessy is working with French startup Genesis to measure soil health across its vineyards. Using a solution based on several environmental metrics — including carbon, biodiversity, and water — Genesis produces a simple, common, and unique score that helps Moët Hennessy better understand and improve its viticultural practices. This data feeds into a predictive model designed to support the implementation of regenerative practices tailored to each terroir.
PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR x LVMH GAÏA
PRECISION WATER MANAGEMENTIn collaboration with LVMH Gaïa, Parfums Christian Dior has launched an innovative initiative to optimize water management in rose cultivation. Sensors installed in the Dior rose garden in Normandy measure soil moisture in real time and feed an irrigation management tool that also integrates weather forecasts. This initiative has resulted in a 30% reduction in water consumption, with no negative impact on rose growth.
TIFFANY & CO. x AECTUAL x CLEARBOT
OCEAN LOVEThis year, Tiffany & Co. is presenting a reimagined Tiffany Coral Façade, developed in collaboration with Aectual. Inspired by the organic beauty of coral reefs, the circular façade is made from ocean plastic and can be reprinted into new products without generating waste. The Maison is also announcing a new partnership with ClearBot to support electric marine fleets capable of collecting ocean plastic using semi-autonomous vehicles.

INNOVATING CRAFTLoro Piana is showcasing a project that combines the Maison’s textile expertise with state-of-the-art AI-powered technologies. At the heart of the experience, the creative process is presented as a journey shaped by research and meticulous attention to detail, supported by LucIA, an artificial intelligence tool exclusive to LVMH. The project also highlights advanced quality-control technologies used during the weaving process, thanks to the collaboration with Tuboolar.
LOUIS VUITTON x COMELZ
AI-ENHANCED SAVOIR-FAIRE FOR ARTISANSLouis Vuitton is presenting an intuitive, high-performance solution that harnesses artificial intelligence to support artisans in the leather-cutting process. Developed with Comelz, this innovation makes it possible to digitize a hide and create its digital twin. AI precisely identifies the hide’s natural characteristics and prepares cutting suggestions, which are then validated or adjusted by artisans, who retain full control over the final decision.

FROM CONCEPT TO CLIENT EXPERIENCE: UNLEASHING THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF 3D ASSETS ACROSS THE VALUE CHAINThélios is presenting an in-house content creation project built around 3D assets at the core of the entire value chain. This end-to-end digital pipeline generates highly accurate digital twins of products, reducing the need for traditional photoshoots, accelerating time-to-market, and limiting physical sample production. These assets can then be deployed across multiple touchpoints, from e-commerce to virtual try-ons.

DIGITAL PASSPORT FOR JEWELRY AND WATCHESBvlgari is extending its connected experience across jewelry and watches through the Bvlgari Touch App. By scanning a creation, clients can access its digital passport, which brings together product information, storytelling, certificates, warranty, care recommendations, and dedicated services. Powered by Aura Blockchain technology, this solution reinforces authenticity, transparency, and data traceability.
CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE
TRACE PROGRAM With TRACE, Christian Dior Couture is deploying an end-to-end traceability and authentication program designed to follow each product from the cotton field to the finished product. More than a program, TRACE represents an organizational transformation in support of transparency, regulatory compliance, anti-counterfeiting protection, and operational efficiency, while strengthening trust with clients.

CELIA, THE BESPOKE AI AGENT BY CELINECELIA is an AI assistant developed by CELINE and powered by MaIA, LVMH’s internal artificial intelligence platform. Designed for retail operations, this interactive tool supports sales teams, client services, and head office teams in their day-to-day needs, from product knowledge to performance analysis, after-sales support, and internal procedures.

LA RÉSERVE DES SUBLIMESGuerlain is unveiling a phygital immersive experience opening the doors to La Réserve des Sublimes, a previously inaccessible archive space. Developed in WebGL, the experience combines interactive exploration, audio narration, visual archives, and real-time 3D reconstructions to offer a sensory journey into the Maison’s heritage.

SEPHORA APPSTORIESSephora AppStories is a new discovery-to-purchase experience embedded within the Sephora app. Inspired by the engagement mechanics of social media platforms, it features short-form, immersive, and interactive content — including stories, vertical videos, polls, quizzes, and shoppable content — creating a seamless bridge between inspiration and purchase.
