Among the flowers that have shaped the history of Dior, the rose holds a special place. A constant source of inspiration for Christian Dior and a defining presence in the Maison’s fragrance creations, it is at the heart of a new edition unveiled as part of Les Récoltes Majeures collection, conceived by Francis Kurkdjian, Dior’s Perfume Creation Director.

Inspired by the Centifolia rose grown in Grasse, the creation pays tribute to the Maison’s enduring connection to the floral world. Imagined as the scent of a freshly picked rose, the fragrance combines traditional extraction methods with cutting-edge techniques to capture the flower’s richness, freshness and subtle nuances with remarkable fidelity.

The project also highlights the dialogue between perfume and craftsmanship that lies at the heart of Les Récoltes Majeures. For this new edition, the bottle is adorned with a leather rose created by French artist Marie Barthès. Crafted from lambskin leather sourced in partnership with Christian Dior Couture, the piece incorporates several of the Maison’s signature codes, from the embossed canework motif to refined metallic details.

At the intersection of floral heritage, olfactory creation and exceptional craftsmanship, this limited edition offers a new interpretation of one of Dior’s most enduring symbols.
