LVMH sets out to meet its future talents in the fields of creation, craftsmanship, and customer experience

2,116 visitors discovered over 280 Métiers d'Excellence (Crafts of Excellence) in Paris at the Carreau du Temple during the first date of the new edition of the "You & ME" tour.
This Friday, January 30, 2026, 483 schoolchildren, middle schoolers, high schoolers, students, and people undergoing professional retraining visited the Carreau du Temple in Paris to discover the various Métiers d'Excellence of the LVMH group, which are still underrepresented in traditional career orientation paths.
Participants had the opportunity to:
- Enter the world of LVMH through an immersion into the heart of the Maisons and their iconic products, representative of all the Group's business sectors.
- Discover the Savoir-Faire thanks to the presence of numerous Group Maisons that will present various professions in Creation, Craftsmanship, and Client Experience.
- Identify suitable training paths, notably through the Institut des Métiers d'Excellence and its 10 partner schools in Ile-de-France (188 apprentices in these courses):

- Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France

- Build their professional project with the help of various presentations from the Maisons and partners in the studios (testimonials from expert professionals, presentation of training programs, HR coaching).
