This summer, Moët & Chandon unveils a new chapter in its collaboration with Pharrell Williams, turning its attention to Ice Impérial, the Maison’s iconic champagne created to be enjoyed over ice. For the first time, the bottle sheds its traditional sleeve, revealing a design reimagined by Pharrell Williams that celebrates the spirit of the cuvée and the freedom of summer moments.
The release revisits one of the Maison’s boldest innovations. Introduced in 2010, Ice Impérial was the first champagne specifically crafted for serving over ice, challenging traditional codes of champagne enjoyment. Conceived by Cellar Master Benoît Gouez, the blend was developed to retain its intensity, freshness and balance as the ice melts, creating a distinctive tasting experience from the first sip to the last.
To accompany the launch, Moët & Chandon has partnered with La Tarte Tropézienne on a series of exclusive pairings inspired by the French Riviera. Created around the cuvée’s vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit, the recipes capture the relaxed elegance of summer by the sea.
The Maison also introduces a new signature serve: the Spicy Mangosé. Imagined by Benoît Gouez, the cocktail combines Ice Impérial with mango, agave and a subtle hint of chili, offering a fresh interpretation of the cuvée designed for warm-weather occasions.
With this new Pharrell Williams limited edition, Moët & Chandon continues to explore new ways of experiencing champagne while reaffirming the pioneering spirit that has shaped the Maison for more than 280 years.
