Appointments to the LVMH Executive Committee
LVMH is pleased to announce the following appointments aimed at strengthening its organization and supporting its sustainable growth strategy. These appointments are effective immediately.
Véronique Courtois is appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of the LVMH Group's Beauty division. She joins the Executive Committee, and in this capacity, she will oversee the activities of all the Maisons in the Beauty Division, while retaining her role at the head of Parfums Christian Dior, ensuring managerial and strategic continuity of this iconic Maison. Building on her rich career within LVMH’s beauty Maisons, Véronique Courtois has remarkably developed the activity and desirability of Parfums Christian Dior. Her experience and recognized leadership will be valuable assets for the Maisons under her charge.
Antoine Arnault, Director of Image & Environment, also joins the Executive Committee. He will oversee image, communication, and sustainable development projects, for which he has held full responsibility since 2020. In addition to being the architect of the partnership with Paris 2024 Olympics and the creator of "Les Journées particulières", Antoine Arnault also initiated major communication campaigns for Louis Vuitton and, under his leadership, Berluti became the quintessential menswear Maison. Particularly committed to sustainability, his unparalleled expertise within the Group will be essential for the reputation and continuation of actions aimed at protecting the environment and biodiversity, which are central to the LIFE 360 roadmap.
Stéphane Rinderknech, after successfully leading the expansion of LVMH Hospitality and the Beauty Division, has decided to leave the Group to pursue new personal projects.
Stéphane Bianchi, Managing Director of the LVMH Group, stated: "Since joining the Group, Stéphane Rinderknech has greatly contributed to the growth of our hospitality division before bringing his recognized expertise to the beauty business. Véronique Courtois is a beauty leader who joined LVMH in 2000. For ten years, she held various responsibilities, including Markets and Marketing roles, before becoming Chief Marketing Officer of Guerlain in 2007. She then joined Christian Dior Couture in 2010 as Marketing Director before being named as Brand General Director of Parfums Christian Dior in 2012. She has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Guerlain in 2019, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior since March 2023.
Antoine Arnault founded a tech company in 2000, specializing in domain name registration. He then sold his shares and joined the LVMH Group at Louis Vuitton, where he became Communication Director. In 2011, he was appointed CEO of Berluti and, in the same year, launched "Les Journées particulières," allowing the public free access for three days to the behind-the-scenes craftsmanship of the Group's Maisons. In 2013, Antoine Arnault was appointed Chairman of Loro Piana; a role he kept until 2025. In December 2022, he was named CEO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Christian Dior SE. In early January 2024, he became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Berluti. As Chairman of Agache Sport, Antoine Arnault was also appointed Director of the Paris Football Club in November 2024.
