Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, the E-commerce growth Director is responsible for driving and managing e-commerce growth in Europe. He or she will actively collaborate to define, execute, and enhance the current corporate e-commerce strategic plan. This leader will drive increased revenues by focusing on Sephora’s retention of customer segments and partnerships.

Defining, Executing, and Enhancing EME E-commerce Strategy together with the E-commerce Director
- Challenge, monitor, and adapt the EME e-commerce strategy and analyze opportunities by providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
- Prepare and co lead e-commerce Countries’ business reviews, scorecards and weekly business review; identify actions to be implemented to generate continuous and profitable growth.
- Understand the competitive landscape and anticipate trends in the market and across competitors, customers, products, prices, and channels.
- Identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement by providing key market insights to affiliates, the region, and global e-commerce strategy.
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen with an understanding of how to drive growth in a multinational company across the EME region.
- Craft and execute a business strategy that is grounded in quantitative methods and operational discipline.
Accelerate e-commerce revenue, at scale
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply, Product/Tech teams, Data and Insights, CRM and country) in the planning and construction of 360° plans in order to reach the objectives to attract, convert, retain consumers.
- Collaborate with markets: working from central hand in hand together with the markets in a “one team” mindset. Maintain stakeholder relationships with EME and regional partners.
- Customer focus: Deep dive into customers segmentation (new/repeat, loyal, omni, frequency) to define and implement a successful central guidelines playbook focusing on long term customer value.
- Continue the acceleration of the ecommerce while being obsessed by omnichannel.
Lead through Analytics
- Enhance key KPIs and implement an effective performance monitoring dashboard. Embark and federate functions and stakeholders around these kpis.
- Generate growth through informed data insights on digital touchpoints: Web and App.
- Be the ambassador of the E-Business strategy, based on our customers and our offer, embarking countries into the vision and working closely with local teams based on central recommendation.
Manage the Experts
- Manage a team of 4 experts, in charge of
- Day-to-day monitoring of the Countries’ results
- Analyzing trends and Best Practices
- Doing in-depth analysis of our results to provide insightful learnings and to drive the e-commerce strategy
Do not hesitate to apply if …
- You have a 4/5 year Master/Bachelor degree
- Significant Previous (> 10 years) experience in a similar position.
- Expert use of MS office (power point and excel)
- You are passionate about digital and e-business and know how to manage an E-commerce P&L (Revenue, Supply, Marketing, etc.)
- You have a strong general knowledge of web and mobile APP best practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and key partners
- Recognized Leadership and Presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity and proven ability to partner cross functionally to drive results
- You are fluent in French and English
