MISSION

• We are looking for a driven and talented Barber to join our team in Selfridges, you will be skilled, excellent with customer service and always willing to learn and help the business grow as your input will be important.
  
  
• You will pro-actively sell Acqua Di Parma products including fragrances so you will need to demonstrate retail awareness.
  
  
• You will be working to exceptional standards and will be able to cut and style hair, using both clippers and scissors, also being skilled in performing traditional cutthroat shaves, and beard trims.
• You will build a good relationship with your customer to ensure they return by taking their details to drive our loyalty program. Spend time with each customer to understand their needs and to regularly upsell them on extra services and also products.
  
  You will be driven to achieve your weekly sales and booking targets and other targets as set out by the business.
  
  
• We also provide a lot of the equipment, and you will be able to use a range of award-winning quality products on your clients.

You will preferably have at least 5 years of experience, but we will consider all applications if you are very skilled.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGES: English mandatory

WORKING EXPERIENCE: previous experience as a Barber (5 years minimum)

Job Type: Full-time contract 5 days (37.5 hours) a week.
