Working closely with MEA Bulgari Marketing, Commercial Team, and the Business Partners to assist in developing and executing a regional marketing plan that aligns with the brand strategy, enhancing brand presence, client experience / engagement and sales conversion across all channels.

Scope

Focus will be on the Business Partners, including the following channels of Franchisee, Wholesale, and Travel Retail. The network extends over more than 15 markets and business partners.

Objectives

  • Lead & coordinate all marketing activities, leveraging on the brand’s interdepartmental functions and the Business Partners
  • Elevate brand image and operations on local markets to offer the utmost client experience
  • Ensure the perfect execution & deployment of brand guidelines, ensuring Business Partners operate within them
  • Increase brand visibility & desirability

Job responsibilities

Strategy & Management

 

  • Regional Vision: Cascade top-level brand and country strategy for the brand within all areas of activity – trade, POS marketing, VM, communications, training, client relations. Share this vision & marketing strategy with all Business partners & their retail community.

 

  • Budget: define & propose BTL & ATL investment strategy. Manage the reporting of A&P activities to Marketing, Commercial Directors, and Business Partner teams, thanks to quarterly progress support & regular updates to top management.

 

  • Communication & collaboration: manage the smooth flow of information between the brand and the Business Partners. The brand activation Manager will be the main point of contact to manage and coordinate all related marketing activities in close collaboration with VM, Communications teams, Training & Sales Teams

 

Trade Marketing

 

  • Annual Marketing Plan: define & implement the yearly marketing plan together with MEA Marketing, Commercial Team, Training and Business Partners. Define priorities by market and by channels.

 

  • Events: define, plan & execute the calendar of local events – including in boutique activation, opening event, commercial fair (DWW), out of store, pop-ups, pops-in. Under the right circumstances, also collaborate with partners for attendance at worldwide and regional events & manufacture visits.

 

  • POS Marketing: ordering and monitoring of catalogues and paper materials, ensure POS visuals are up-to-date, and that VM display materials are well managed

 

  • CRM: work closely with Franchisee & Travel Retail partners & CRM Teams to assist in the development of CRM strategy and actions.

 

  • Presentations – maintain support on MEA company level presentations such as 3 Year Plan, Budget, Business Reviews, Braco, etc.

 

  • Gifting strategy : in charge of developing & forecasting all GWP needs across all channels & marketing activities (always-on, clienteling, events) for all boutique activations

 

Collaboration and Relationship

  • Main point of contact for all BP regarding marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Commercial team & business partners to develop & implement with seamless execution all marketing activation plans in line with market priorities & needs.
  • Work with Communication, Digital Marketing & PR Teams to build & implement effective 360 plan to support each campaign & brand activation (event, in-store, etc…)
  • Ensure smooth & collaborative communication with Central team

 

Reporting & monitoring

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activations, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and maximization of brand impact.
  • Track and report on budget allocation for each activity to ensure return on investment and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build activation reports & communicate with all stakeholders to share feedback & identify new opportunities to improve
  • Interface to take insights and keep track of changing market dynamics
