As part of the Digital team within the GEEH regional department, you will be involved in managing E-business projects (E-wholesale, E-commerce, CRM, media) to support Guerlain's business growth and transformation in Polish market.

In this role, your missions will be the following ones:

DIRECT E-COMMERCE - Guerlain.com website

  • Analyse the key performance indicators of guerlain.com websites through monthly & weekly reports in to set up action/acceleration plans.
  • Support the team in defining the gifting & sampling strategy and provide back-office input.
  • Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements/bugs.
  • Support traffic acquisition and conversion strategies (Paid search, paid social, influence, CRM)
  • Conduct 360° competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

E-WHOLESALE – Distributors websites

  • Support in e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of our e-doors to help elevating the brand.
  • Lead sell-out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and sales teams: ratings & reviews campaigns, retail media, specific activations, etc.
  • Support local deployment of online animation plans.
  • Ensure products listings online and proper execution of e-merchandising following HQ guidelines.
  • Conduct 360° competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

 

 

Profile

  • Bachelor degree, from a business school or university.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, and are rigorous, autonomous and responsive.

 

Additional information

This internship will start in June 2025, for a period of 6 months.

Location – Domaniewska 39a, Warsaw.

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins.
