We’re looking for a rockstar Office Coordinator to keep our fast-paced Kendo Middle East team running smoothly!
You'll be the go-to person for all things office management and executive support, helping our diverse MEA&TR team stay organized and efficient.

Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, ensuring smooth functioning of office and storage rooms (e.g., shipment reception, pantry management).

Executive Assistance: Support the GM and VP with calendar management, travel arrangements, report preparation, and communication facilitation.

Meeting & Travel Support: Assist with organizing meetings, regional visits, and travel logistics.

Vendor Coordination: Oversee vendor management for office-related services and supplies.

HR Administrative Support:

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Handle compliance forms and documentation.

Support employee events for both office and retail teams, where applicable.

Logistics & IT Management:

Process office supply and material requests.

Manage IT equipment and coordinate related needs.

General Workplace Efficiency: Contribute to an organized, efficient, and well-managed work environment.
Profile
Job type: Full-time and fully on-site office based role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field is a plus but not a must.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in an office administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
