The job mission is to own the analysis and follow-up of client data projects, ensuring that our customer database remains accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role also contributes to the continuous improvement of Client data tools and processes, helping to turn data into a solid foundation for decision-making across teams.
Job responsibilities
Your role will be:
- Monitor how client data is captured across touchpoints, making sure the information collected is reliable, complete, and aligned with quality standards
- Lead the end-to-end analysis of ongoing and new Client Data projects, assessing their progress, uncovering key insights, and making clear recommendations to improve outcomes and impact
- Take full ownership of the Client Dataset (Data Model), ensuring its correct maintenance, evolution and functionality. Proactively propose improvements to enhance its usability and impact for stakeholders.
- Work hand in hand with BI teams, translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Take ownership of client data tools, ensuring consistency of the data and visualizations, up-to-date information, proper usage, and all stakeholders' training.
- Undertake ad hoc analytical needs that support wider business decision-making
Profile
What is important for the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in data-related departments
- High business sensitivity and strong mathematical/analytical skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI highly desirable
- Experience with Customer databases or CRM systems is a plus
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
- Good interpersonal skills, great team collaborator with ability to develop productive relationships with technical and non-technical partners across the globe.
- High level of both Spanish and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
