We are looking for an IT Digital Project Manager to contribute to Loewe's digital customer experience and omnichannel revenue, support sound architectural and technical patterns, and facilitate the coordination of Digital project dependencies with other IT departments and teams.

This role will be part of the IT team at LOEWE HQ, based in Madrid, and will work closely with the Business Omnichannel LOEWE team and development partners.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

  • Support the definition, coordination, and communication of the global Digital roadmap, in collaboration with the Business team.
  • Contribute to improving delivery and RUN organization within the Digital Delivery Team, utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Support the IT Digital team by:
    • Contributing to IT operational excellence in the RUN of the Digital platform:
      • Catalog and Editorial animation
      • Basket, order, and post-order management
      • Special events handling (special communication campaigns, flash sales…)
      • Maintaining strong back-end and Web performance
      • Assisting in the coordination/securitization of Releases and activations
  • Assist in collecting and understanding IT requirements and impacts related to Business requirements.
  • Support the co-leading and delivery of Digital projects with the Business team and development partners.
  • Manage and deliver smaller, pure IT projects or specific IT aspects of larger projects.
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking, and risk handling on projects.
  • Support the management of technical and contractual relationships with technical/delivery partners and third parties within the Digital ecosystem.

 

IT expertise

  • Support the maintenance of a high-level view of IT architecture on projects and the platform.
  • Promote "best in class" IT practices: security, scalability, performance, and automation.
  • Stay informed about current Digital IT solutions and best practices.
  • Support Tech Innovation initiatives.

Profile

What is important for the role:

  • 3+ years of experience working in IT project management with experience on projects
  • Good communication skills, both with business and technical team members.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile SCRUM.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and requirements within Digital architectures.
  • Experience/knowledge of the "SalesForce Commerce Cloud" platform is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. French would be a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence, is a plus.
