Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Logistic Administrative (specialized in Control Tower) for a maternity period to quickly integrate into our Control Tower's daily activities.

This role involves coordinating expedition operations, tracking shipments, managing incidents, and controlling invoicing. The primary objective of this position is to strengthen our operations with an autonomous, decisive, and service-oriented professional. The ideal candidate will be capable of working seamlessly with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal clients, ensuring continuity and quality of service.

Job responsibilities

 

  • Operational Transport Management Coordinate and monitor daily transport expeditions, covering both inbound and outbound flows.
  • Ensure the correct execution of shipments from planning through to final delivery.
  • Maintain visibility on loads, routes, incidents, and operational priorities.
  • Tracking and Incident Management Detect, record, and resolve transport incidents such as delays, failed deliveries, damages, or service deviations.
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to implement necessary actions to minimize operational impact. Proactively follow up to ensure agile and effective responses.
  • Carrier Relations and Internal Coordination Act as the operational point of contact for carriers, logistics operators, warehouses, and internal clients.
  • Ensure clear, rapid, and effective communication among all involved parties.
  • Support the team in prioritizing and resolving daily operational issues.
  • Administrative Control and Invoicing Review and validate transport invoices according to agreed rates and services provided. Manage invoicing discrepancies and support accurate cost allocation.
  • Verify transport-related documentation and ensure its correct administrative handling.
  • System Usage and Information Control Work with the transport management tools and systems used by the company.
  • Maintain operational information updated and accurately recorded.
  • Ensure the reliability of data required for activity tracking

Profile

  • Education in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar fields is valued.
  • Experience Proven experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, traffic management, or Control Tower environments.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into operations and work autonomously.
  • Experience in logistics operators, freight forwarders, or companies with high transport activity is particularly valued.
  • Practical knowledge of national and international transport; customs experience will be a plus if applicable.
  • Tools Experience working with TMS, ERP, or operational/logistics management tools.
  • Proficient in Excel for operational tracking and control. Power BI or other reporting tools will be valued, but are not essential
