Join our Visual Merchandising team in this temporary opportunity and support the creation of inspiring retail experiences across our stores and windows. Reporting to the VM Manager, you will play a key role in bringing LOEWE’s visual identity to life, supporting seasonal launches, events, and VM guideline development.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

  • Support the VM Manager in the development and execution of Leather Goods (LG) visual merchandising, including accessory styling and window styling guideline shoots.
  • Coordinate samples, props, and product organization throughout the VM guideline creation process for the LG category.
  • Assist in the development and production of visual merchandising guidelines for LG across stores.
  • Support the implementation of LG seasonal window displays, in-store launches, pop-ins, pop-ups, and special events.
  • Ensure visual merchandising materials and assets related to LG are organized and updated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver LG projects on time and according to LOEWE’s brand standards.
  • Monitor details across all VM projects to ensure consistency and excellence in execution.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Visual Merchandising team.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Profile

What is important for the role:

  • 1+ year of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or Fashion.
  • Strong interest in Leather Goods, fashion, arts, crafts, and design, with a good aesthetic sensibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
