Job responsibilities

  • In partnership with store management, manage the clienteling strategy with each sales associate on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis,
  • Support the performance of store staff
  • Be responsible for developing and updating customer databases
  • Coordinate all clienteling reporting tools provided by the marketing department for the shop team to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to data entry, frequency and retention are met by using the “My Touch” app for every sale
  • Act as the point of contact and ambassador for the use of the “My Touch” app within the shop and help to improve its usage
  • Act as the point of contact for the EMEA Marketing CRM and WW Digital teams for all “My Touch” and CRM projects
  • Provide support for training and offer coaching to sales advisers

Profile

  • 3+ years of sales, VIC, and CRM experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer data analysis and relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
