Louis Vuitton is seeking to hire an Asset Protection Manager to join its incredible team at Lenox Square.

Job responsibilities

The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for protecting company assets and helping the store to enforce Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink. The Asset Protection Manager also enforces policies, procedures, and standards set by the store, department, and company.

Additionally, you will lead, manage, and develop the store team to optimize the Asset Protection strategy for Lenox Square, Saks Phipps Plaza as well as our Saks Birmingham location, while continuing to deliver a positive impact on the overall business.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Responsible for the overall protection of company assets.
  • Deliver training to staff on asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Inform store management and the zone asset protection team of potential losses.
  • Install and implement standards and procedures to control internal and external loss.
  • Maintain a perpetual awareness of loss and strategies to control store inventory.
  • Develop relationships to maintain a constant flow of constructive information to help drive the business.
  • Motivate, train, and develop Asset Protection staff and store personnel to embrace prevention strategies and techniques to further protect the company and prevent store loss.
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize losses due to theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
  • Partner with store management to identify and address asset protection risks.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in asset protection performance.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
  • Conduct investigations of internal and external theft incidents.

Profile

To be successful in this role, it will be ideal to have experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment or have a strong history involving customer service, internal control, and safety awareness. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to continuously improve personal performance, works effectively in a store setting, and possesses elevated interpersonal skills.

  • 5-8 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection/Management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Security/Loss Prevention affiliated equipment (C.C.T.V./Alarm systems).
  • Experience in supervising multiple staff members; management courses are a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.
