Thélios S.P.A, società del gruppo LVMH, è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Service Francia da inserire nella propria struttura. La risorsa avrà la possibilità di intraprendere un’esperienza formativa e stimolante in un team giovane e di contesto internazionale.
Job responsibilities
La figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Gestire le richieste dei clienti tramite telefono ed e-mail in lingua francese
- Risolvere i problemi dei clienti in modo efficiente e professionale
- Collaborare con altri team interni per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di customer service
Profile
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Madrelingua francese o conoscenza avanzata utilizzata a livello professionale della lingua francese
- Conoscenza professionale di Excel
- Buone doti relazionali e capacità di gestire lo stress
- La conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerata un plus
- La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus
Completano il profilo velocità di apprendimento, attitudine al problem solving, proattività e capacità di lavorare in team.
