Job responsibilities
- Update the CRM database (Engage) with the latest sales data.
- Create key points of attention to position MH Private at the forefront of clients' minds. Examples include sending cards or gifts for key client birthdays, Father's Day celebrations, etc.
- Create a visual catalog of Private Sales.
- Update Private Sales price lists and the new catalog with the latest products and prices.
- Create and share digital communications targeted to clients (restock notifications, product launches, special offers) on predefined platforms validated with the PCD.
- Plan and execute referrals of POP (Point of Sale) material and giveaways.
- Collaborate with the PCD to implement commercial strategies to increase existing business and gain new opportunities, targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) by cultivating key relationships with private clubs and luxury partners, and expanding personalized services and experiences.
- Create dedicated offers for key celebration periods (e.g., Father's Day, Independence Day, Christmas) in collaboration with the PCD.
- Follow up on parts of business relationships, including invoicing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with the Private Client Director and team to create and implement tailored customer experiences (search, logistics, etc.).
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress. (5th semester onwards)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong social and networking skills deeply rooted in the local community.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to identify opportunities and provide valuable solutions.
- Proven ability to quickly detect, analyze, and solve problems.
- Solid listening skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- A strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- The existence of a network or relationships within the Mexican HNWI consumer market would be an advantage.
