You will work across two exciting entities, from crafting experience in duty-free boutiques to offering bespoke services for our private clients. Each day is a new adventure, influenced by global trends and the ever-evolving travel landscape.
Job responsibilities
As HR Assistant, you will report to the Global HR Manager and support the GTR & Private Sales HR Team on Talent Development topics (Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development) and transversal projects and programs that increase employee engagement, organizational effectiveness while supporting a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
Recruitment of Interns and Apprentices
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process of interns and apprentices: from gathering the needs from managers to the completion of the internship/apprenticeship file (agreement and employment contract). This mission concerns the Central and EMEA teams for GTR and Private Sales:
- Collecting job descriptions from operational managers.
- Reviewing and publishing job offers.
- Selecting CVs.
- Conducting phone pre-screenings.
- Presenting candidates to managers.
- Following up and providing feedback to candidates.
- Compiling files to ensure everything is finalized for the first day of the internship/apprenticeship.
Important: You are the point of contact and information for all recruitment-related matters for the entire population of interns and apprentices.
Monitoring and Animation of the Intern and Apprentice Community
You oversee integrating and animating the community of interns and apprentices in collaboration with our Executive Assistant. This mission concerns the Central and EMEA teams for GTR and Private Sales:
- Sending internal communications.
- Organizing various events: integration meeting, support in the initial administrative procedures in the company, breakfast, after-work events, feedback sessions.
- Attending MH Emerging Talents events and meetings and cascading initiatives to our young talent community.
Tracking
This mission concerns the entire scope for GTR and Private Sales:
- Maintain and update Headcount trackers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
- Track training activities and ensure accurate record-keeping in collaboration with regional HRBPs.
Talent Development and Learning & Development Projects
This mission concerns the entire scope for GTR and Private Sales:
- Collaborate with the Global HR Manager on various transversal talent development (OMR, Career Development Programs) and learning and development projects.
- Support the design and implementation of development programs.
Communication
This mission concerns the entire scope for GTR and Private Sales:
- Manage internal announcements.
- Manage the creation and distribution of the HR newsletter: gather content, write articles, and ensure timely publication.
- Create and update HR content for dedicated internal website.
- Continuously improve and maintain the internal website to ensure it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
Profile

- Student in business school, IEP or equivalent university specializing in HR - Graduate level.
- At least one relevant experience in HR.
- Autonomous, proactive, strong sense of rigor and organization.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (diplomacy and interpersonal intelligence)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to listen.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Writing skills, proficiency in Pack Office.
- Excellent spoken and written French and English.
