Job responsibilities

TRADE MARKETING & MERCHANDISING

  • Support the Trade & Merchandising Team in all daily tasks
  • Update of the Monthly Trade Animation Book
  • Organization and shipment of materials to Retailers (Incentives, Animation PLV)
  • Management and control of Trade & Merch material stock
  • Monthly report of Trade Animations
  • Update of the Bi-monthly Merchandising Guidelines Book

PR

  • Support the PR & e-PR Team in all daily tasks with the help of the PR Agency
  • Identification of opportunities with new influencers
  • Organization and shipment of materials to communication agency
  • Preparation of clipping reports
  • Management and control of PR material stock (products, orders)

  • Creative, innovative and analytical skills.
  • Dynamic and quick learner.

PROFILE NEEDED

  • MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Management or related field. Master’s degree is considered a plus.  
  • LANGUAGES: Spanish and English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
  • IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)
  • EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.
  • IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
